The Sicilian is a family-run Italian restaurant in Edinburgh, a stone throw from the Playhouse and one of the finest Sicilian restaurants in Edinburgh. We specialize in authentic regional cuisine, using traditional ingredients that are in season and at their best. It is also the place to experience some of the finest Sicilian wines in Edinburgh. Since opening in 2010, the restaurant has grown organically, during which time we have developed our style of food, and manage to create unique ambiance. Our customers, many of whom have been with us since the start, have been our best critics, and have always told us about what they really think about the changes we make. This is because they feel it is their place as well as ours. At The Sicilian, we place great emphasis on the relationship between the Sicilian wines on our list and the food that we serve.
